BC-Scanner documents public-safety incidents and local government accountability stories from the field. Original camera coverage is on-the-ground reporting; scanner call summaries are AI-assisted summaries of public radio traffic and are labelled accordingly.

Coverage is free for everyone. Optional tips and memberships help fund equipment, connectivity, and the scanner operation. BC-Scanner is not affiliated with any public-safety agency.
